Job Summary

The Client Engagement Lead is pivotal in managing and addressing the operational needs and requirements of clients. This role involves close collaboration with the operations supervisor to ensure that daily operational demands are consistently met. Beyond day-to-day management, the Client Engagement Lead actively contributes to driving process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and client satisfaction.

Acting as the internal voice of the customer, they advocate for client needs and perspectives within the organization, ensuring that client feedback is integrated into operational strategies and improvements.

Job Type:Full-Time / Permanent.

Workdays:Monday to Friday (must be able to work ALL 5 days of the week).

Shift Hours:8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (must be able to work a minimum of 40 hrs. per week).

Shift Duration:8 hoursa day (requires flexibility with Start and Finish time).

Work Location:4071 NORTH SERVICE ROAD BURLINGTON, ON L7L 4X6 Canada.

Salary: $ 68,000 - 78,000 CAD annually.


Responsibilities:

  • Understanding Client Needs:Identifying and understanding the business needs and objectives of clients and developing strategies to meet these needs.

  • Project Coordination:Working closely with project management teams to ensure the timely delivery of products or services to clients.

  • Issue Resolution: Addressing and resolving any client issues working internally to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Client Meetings: Conducting regular meetings with clients to review issues and actions, ensure team is making progress.

  • Collaboration:Collaborating with all cross functional teams to ensure clients concerns/issues are addressed.

  • Reporting:Providing regular updates to senior management on account status and challenges.

  • Building and Maintaining Relationships: Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key client stakeholders to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or international equivalent - Preferred

  • Strong Communication Skills

  • Project Management

  • Analytical Skills

  • Adaptability

  • Problem-Solving Aptitude

  • Operational /Customer Service experience 

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
