Job Summary

This position ensures customs clearance for imported International packages and performs general brokerage tasks.

Responsibilities:

Assesses duties, taxes, and brokerage fees of imported commodities.

Ensures assessment of duties and taxes adhere to local Customs and Revenue Agency regulations.

Ensuring that professionalism is used at all times when dealing with both internal and external customers

Qualifications:

Brokerage Certification - Preferred

Availability to work 8 hours per night / 5 days per week

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Previous experience in a call center environment - Preferred

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office  

4 weeks of inhouse training provided

Salary: $16.25 per hour with increase after 6 months and one year based on performance and then yearly there after.

Two weeks paid Vacation after 1 year
