Work location: 1221, 32nd avenue, Lachine, Quebec. (Onsite only)
Ideal profile of the candidate we are looking for
Intermediate skills Microsoft Excel and Word
Excellent typing skills (over 25 words per minute)
Ability to read spreadsheets, extract information in Excel format
Bilingual intermediate level in French and English
Responsibilities:
Administrative tasks: information gathering, documentation, photocopying, faxing, etc.
Performs data entry/analysis.
Sorting mail and distributing it
Answer phone calls from partners and other offices.
