Job Description:

The HRBP Contract Specialist will have in depth administrative, communication and writing skills to support the HRBP team.  They will provide daily email and calendar support, create presentations and reports using all MS Office tools, and actively use and maintain UPS systems and tools (e.g., My Talent Center, Workday, Power BI, etc.). The successful candidate will have knowledge of corporate communications, expert spelling and grammar, and a professional presence for in person and virtual discussions. 

Responsibilities:

The Contract HRBP Specialist will contribute to the successful management of the HRBP strategies and objectives by downloading daily reports and analyzing data to be formatted for email communication, PowerPoint presentations, Word reports, and also be proficient in using Excel for data sorting, creating pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, etc.  

They should be familiar with interpreting and modifying existing report formats to integrate updated data, and presenting data in visually appealing ways in all documents.

They will support employee experience initiatives and activities by gathering and analyzing information from employee surveys and focus groups, to be communicated to senior leaders.

The Specialist will be required to attend in person and virtual discussions to take notes/minutes, prepare actionable takeaways and follow up as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a professional setting with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Recent graduate from Human Resources Management program or equivalent

  • Exceptional oral, written and interactive communication skills

  • Skilled in effective research tactics with strong organization skills

  • Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality

  • Ability to convey a positive and professional image to internal and external customers

  • Must be comfortable with shifting gears and adjusting priorities, while actively managing time to meet deadlines.
