Job Description:

Job Summary
This position assess all fees for the importation of International packages and performs general brokerage tasks.

Responsibilities:
Assesses duties, taxes, and brokerage fees of imported commodities.
Ensures assessment of duties and taxes adhere to local Customs and Revenue Agency regulations. Contacting customers on brokerage related matters.

Qualifications:
Brokerage Certification - Preferred
Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Previous experience in a call center environment - Preferred

Bilingual English and French an asset

Available Shift Times:

Monday to Friday 13:45pm AST - 22:15pm AST

Tuesday to Saturday (Monday night to Saturday morning) 22:00pm AST - 06:30am AST

Monday to Friday (Sunday night to Friday morning) 22:00pm AST - 06:30am AST
