Job Description:

Job Summary

This position will assist raters and team leads in routine tasks and entering/keying-in information into UPS systems and databases.

Job Type:Full-Time / Permanent

Workdays:Monday to Friday (must be able to work ALL 5 days of the week)

Shift Hours:8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (must be able to work a minimum of 40 hrs. per week)

Shift Duration:8 hours a day (requires flexibility with Start and Finish time)

Work Location:1221 32ND AVENUE LACHINE, QC H8T 3H2

Hourly Wage:$to be defined

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Performs general administrative duties (e.g., answers telephone, completes data entry, filing, etc.).

  • Assists raters in general office duties: reports, forms, claims, etc.

  • Operates scanning station for imaging.

  • Completes first screen of B3 (customers’ files), open LVS, etc.

Requirements

  • Intermediate computer skills: Word, Excel, and Outlook (Microsoft Office) 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills: French 90% / English 10%  

  • Level of French needed: proficiency  

  • Minimum of six-month office support experience – Required

  • Accurate data entry skills.

  • Bachelor's degree or International equivalent – Required

  • Fast learn and adapt skills to different systems

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, basic research, attention to detail, and time

  • management skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
