Job Description:

Job Summary

This roleuses various screening technology, processes, and procedures to screen packages and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. It’s also about working efficiently to ensure a smooth running of the operation and meeting tight and critical deadlines.

Job Type:Part-Time / Permanent

Workdays:Monday to Friday(must be able to work ALL 5 days of the week)

Shift Hours:4.00 PM to 8.00 PM(must be able to work a minimum of 25 hrs. per week)

Hourly Wage: $17,30

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Usea variety of tools and equipment to complete the task.

  • Manage documents tocomplete various daily checklists.

  • Maintain all equipment in good condition. 

  • Responsible of notify their team lead or management of any equipment or system failures.

  • Responsible to comply with required training in a timely manner, training is time sensitive. 

  • Attend all test and audit to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

  • Intermediate computer skills:  Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills:French 90% / English 10%

  • Level of French needed: proficiency

  • Problem-solving and multitasking skills

  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, basic research, attention to detail, and time management skills.
