Job Description:

This position handles complex credit issues. He/she gets cross trained on every phase of the quality department. This position provides coverage for employees that are out of the office. He/she works closely with supervisor on special accounts.

Shift: Mon - Fri 8am - 4:30pm

Pay Rate: $18/hr. (Grade 005)

Responsibilities:

• Contact customers to collect on outstanding receivables.

• Remove barriers that would prevent payments and add or remove credit when needed.

• Hold customers accountable to terms set in the system and manage accounts that are assigned.

Requirements:

• Strong Excel skills

• General accounting knowledge for reconciliations

• Ability to communicate with customers in a professional manner verbally and in writing. 

• Post Secondary (preferred)

• Bilingual (English/French preferred)
