Job Description:

The Class 1 Data Entry Clerk is responsible accurately billing and entering information into the UPS system. Additionally, complete various administrative tasks withing the data entry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enters data into UPS systems within the time specific guidelines
  • Provides administrative support to Management Team(s)
  • Assist with tasks.
  • Complete departures of shuttles and aircraft.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Accurate typing speed of 40+ words per minute
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information 
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Required to have their own car for commuting

Additional Information:

  • Job Type: FT Permanent- Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Starting Pay: $17.75
  • Job Location: 9272 Airport RD, Mount Hope. Ontario L8W 1L9
  • Workdays: Monday – Fridays (5 Days/ Week)
  • Starting Time: 4 am
  • Scheduled Shift: Flexibility with start and finish times required based on operational needs.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

  • Pay rate of $17.75/hr. Unionized role with a defined progression with a top rate of $24.65 after completing 48 months of service

  • Weekly Pay via Direct Deposit- Every Friday

EXPENSES/WORKING CONDITIONS:
