Job Description:

Job Summary

This position is responsible for updating package information,validating deliveryinformation usingUPS systems, scanning premium service packages, assisting dispatch and updating the package inventory systems.This role may also perform general administrative responsibilities including preparation of reports using various software packages, compilation of information from various sources, and handling small scale projects.

Job Type:Part-Time / Permanent

Workdays:Monday to Friday (must be able to work ALL 5 days of the week)

Shift Hours:9:15 PM to 01:15 AM (must be able to work a minimum of 20 hrs. per week)

Shift Duration:4hours a day(requires flexibility with the Finish time)

Work Location: 5960 FERGUSON RDRICHMOND, BC V7B 1M6

Hourly Wage:$17.40 per hour 

Key Responsibilitiesand Duties

  • Completes package and inventory recovery process.

  • Completes overgood process and documentation.

  • Generates package recovery and overgood process reports for Hub Operations and Package Care.

  • Processes Dangerous Goods (DG) package recovery.

  • Takes action to learn all product and service offerings.

  • Operates all office equipment (heavy machinery), software, and devices.

  • Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift-up to 70 lbs. (32kg) unassisted. Typical package weight ranges from 25-35 lbs. - Required

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Required

  • Accurate relatable data entry experience - Preferred

  • Basic computer skills: Excel (Microsoft Office)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Analytic thinking, problem-solving, basic research, attention to detail, and time management skills
